We encourage sellers to ship books as soon as possible, ideally within three days. If you have any special requirements, please message the seller directly. If a book hasn’t been shipped in 10 days, the buyer will be given the option to cancel the order.
Yes! When your book has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also access this from your “Order History” page.
As a shipping label will generate immediately after a sale is made, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with the book upon arrival, you may report an issue through the “Contact Us” page. LitWish will review the circumstances and determine if a refund is appropriate.

Media Mail can take a bit longer than other shipping methods, which is simply a feature of the economical pricing.
